Q:  What is your refund policy?

At Uptown Lux we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied you may return your unworn, ticket attached merchandise.

To be considered for an return an email must be sent to uptownluxnyc@gmail.com with a description of the item and reason for return. Upon approval for consideration for a return a Return Authorization number will be issued by email to you. No returned items to Uptown Lux will be accepted without a Return Authorization number being issued. Uptown Lux upon inspection of an item reserves the right to not honor a return if item returned has been damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then credit will be issued back to original payment method. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date.

Please note: Earrings are not eligible for return. 

Q: What is your shipping and handling policy?

A:  Shipping and handling will be assessed a $6.95 fee. Shipping is free for orders over $125.

The customer will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs on original purchase are non-refundable.

Uptown Lux is not responsible for any lost exchange items.

 Q: Is shipping available for international orders?

 A: Unfortunately Uptown Lux does not offer international shipping at this time. Items can only be shipped in the continental United States.
